Enrichment Co-op  Information

We are a K-12 grade co-op with preschool & nursery available for younger siblings. Co-op hours: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on the FRIDAYS listed below. Plan to arrive 5 min. early so we may begin promptly. Hours may vary if extra classes are offered. Lunch is optional at 12p.m. Plan on staying for fellowship and clean up.

Visitors are welcome to spend an immersion day free of charge with us! Advanced notice needed via email with names and ages of children. Please email the beginning of the week that you plan on visiting. change.leadership123@gmail.com
​We recommend that all children (except 0-3 Nursery) carry a backpack with a folder, pencil, water bottles, snacks, and
​lunch if staying.

Field Trips will be taking place throughout the semester. Please check back periodically and click on the Events/Field Trips icon for our most updated information.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To register for C.H.A.N.G.E. follow these simple steps:
1. click on the co-op classes tab (above and to the left) to look over class descriptions.
2. READ OUR GUIDELINES below TO UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
3. Fill out the registration form and indicate your class choices. Click

. Provide payment (Instructions below). please wait for a registration CONFIRMATION to make payment.

Guidelines

C.H.A.N.G.E. MEMBERSHIP CO-OP FEES & PAYMENT

Co-op Fees: $125 per family, per semester.
This is the fee to join C.H.A.N.G.E. Co-op. (Includes registration and maintenance fees) There may be additional fees for certain classes to cover materials used. There may also be textbooks to purchase for a given class. Those fees and requirements will be found within the class descriptions.

-Registrations close on August 15th, fees must be paid by August 22nd. $20 Late fee thereafter.


Please fill out the registration forms above and wait for a registration confirmation email with the total amount owed. Then send your payment as soon as possible so we can be prepared for the semester.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1. Zelle: You may pay your registration/tuition fees via Zelle through your bank account. Please use this email address for C.H.A.N.G.E. as the recipient of your payment: change.leadership123@gmail.com
 
2. Check: You can also pay by check.  After you have registered, we will email you the address for mailing your check or pay at co-op only when classes are in session. 
-Make check payable to C.H.A.N.G.E. 

3. Cash: at co-op while school is in session. Otherwise, pay via zelle or mail a check.

There will be a $20 processing fee for any cancellations prior to the second co-op date. The remainder of the Registration Fee will be refunded to you. No refunds will be given for any Class Fees. Any cancellation after the second co-op will not be refunded.

Note: Your children will not be officially enrolled until your payment is received.
